GEMS Branded Equine Network
The Great Escape Mustang Sanctuary & Training Network has developed the Branded Equine Network to fulfill a need in our community for formerly wild Mustangs and Burros requiring rehabilitation, training and re-homing due to owner surrender and/or auction intercept. Foster Partners, Trainer Partners and volunteers join together to create a diversified community of support for equines in need and for one another.
FOSTER
Foster homes play a crucial role in rehabilitating rescued equines. They are in a unique position to help mismatched, abused or neglected animals learn how to trust and prepare them for their forever home.
- you will have a dedicated support team to help you navigate your foster
- you will receive reimbursement for feed
- expenses for vet, farrier and/or dental care are covered
- you will receive a Foster Kit with a Handbook, halter and grooming supplies
TRAIN
Do you have experience working with Mustangs or Burros? Are you interested in lending a hand to our training endeavors? We would love your support and would love to have you join us!
- you will be compensated for your training time
- we will take care of all vet, farrier, supplements, etc needed for the equine in training
- we will handle photography, marketing and adoptions
- you will handle the training and if applicable, will meet with potential adopters that are approved to adopt
OWNER RELINQUISH
