You’re invited to join us at the Sanctuary for a unique, transformative retreat experience where you will learn how to build a partnership based on willingness, trust, and compassion with a totally wild Mustang foal.
This retreat is taught by GEMS Head Trainer, Stephanie Linsley, who will share with you the techniques and insights from over a decade of experience gentling and developing Mustangs. You can expect to walk away with a truly unforgettable experience as you partner with a wild Mustang foal and are guided through a gentling process that is based on compassion, trust, and clear communication.
May 11- May 16 (arrival & participant reception – May 10)
6 days of hands-on, expert instruction with your foal. You will spend several hours each day with your foal, broken into small, manageable chunks for the most effective learning for you and your foal.
Take-home lesson book/journal that outlines key insights into equine psychology and communication techniques so you can be sure to take home the knowledge you acquire through the week.
All-inclusive accommodations in our “Escape on the Range” retreat facilities. All meals from Sunday night through Saturday lunch are included in your tuition. You will stay in a beautiful private eco-cabin, nestled in the heart of the Sanctuary.
